可能不是每一个人对这个名字都有印象.
记得本科时和几个朋友玩数模的时候隐约还听过这个名字,这次终于在DC感受了一下这个"庞大"的会议.
翘了课跑到dc,发现这里大概友60多个演讲同时举行,到处时各路名家,还有激励讨论的看上去还年轻的人,姑且我就把他们认为时phd吧.而我,就像是一个小孩,仰着头,留着哈喇子,望着漫天的星星.
也许不久,希望吧,咱们也能在这里忽悠几个像现在我这样的小孩.

感触1:听了shreve的talk.之前和他聊过一次,陶瓷的时候,不过这次才是大牛发威啊.别人一般是3到4个人一共讲1个半小时,而他一个人1.5小时,还有Glasserman和princeton的一大牛给他评论.讲的更是深入浅出,各个要点点到为止.......哎,虽然瞻仰之情难以言表,也许有的时候还是有点后悔,但是现在的环境还是很不错的,要好好利用,毕竟自己吃饭,嘴要自己擦...
感触2:周围太多聪明的人,Blanchet才工作几年,就带着他的弟子浩浩荡荡的占了1.5小时的一个大肠,而且引来了好多牛人,尽管他的课虽然让我头疼,实在是..........
感触3:没时间逛DC,遗憾啊............
